The hotel offers spacious rooms with decent washrooms but heavy cigarette smoke can be unpleasant. The location is fantastic next to Kuningan Mall, though the working table and wifi connectivity could be better. Service has its ups and downs with some cleanliness issues and less-than-friendly staff. The dining experience is mixed with limited variety, but the facilities are well-maintained overall.
